I recorded this song the week that the sky turned red. The lyrics came to me while I was doing a guided meditation that was instructing me to identify what was really making me upset and let it go. It was telling me to seek and destroy what was killing me inside.
I like to think of this as the screaming I hear in my mind set to music.
